Field Trips
Field Trip Groups are a great way to connect regularly with other Christian homeschooling families, build community, and create memories through shared adventures!
Four Square offers family field trip opportunities on Fridays to places such as local museums, hiking trails, observatories, nature centers, and theaters – as well as popular field trip locations across Michigan. There are opportunities for all ages!
The cost to join a family field trip group is $75/family. The field trip group coordinator will plan a wide variety of field trips from September-April. Each field trip will be free or will include a discounted group rate paid directly to the venue. Parents are responsible for field trip costs. transportation, and supervision of their own children during the field trip. Limited spaces available. Contact us for more information. Service Projects
Join this group to participate in a monthly family service project. Service projects will be scheduled on both weekdays and weekends, depending on the venue. Some examples of service projects include: visiting nursing homes, Christmas caroling, volunteering at Love Inc., serving food at Mel Trotter Ministries, and more. This group is free to join. All ages are welcome!

Nature Group
Join our Nature Group! We meet bi-monthly on Fridays. We hike at local trails and meet at nature centers with opportunities for nature journaling. The cost to join the Nature Group is $50/family. Each hike or activity is free or will be a discounted group rate paid directly to the venue. Parents are responsible for any costs, transportation, and supervision of their own children during nature activities. All ages welcome!

Adventure group
Join our Outdoor Adventure Group! We meet bi-monthly on Fridays. Once a month, we hike at a local trail, with opportunities for scavenger hunts and nature journaling. Once a month, we enjoy an outdoor adventure such as: Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Snowshoeing, and Cross-Country Skiing. (All gear will be available for rent, so no special equipment purchases are necessary.)
The cost to join the Outdoor Adventure Group is $75/family. Each hike or activity is free or will be a discounted group rate paid directly to the venue. Parents are responsible for rental costs, transportation, and supervision of their own children during the outdoor adventures. All ages welcome!
